Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Garden Charm Boutique is not open to ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping on all orders in the continental USA
  • Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground - Estimated delivery up to 5 days not including Sundays
  • Deliveries to Zip Code 30017 - Delivery will be made to an agreed upon location by both Garden Charm Boutique and Purchaser.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Garden Charm Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Garden Charm Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
